The purpose and mission of Valley Ranch Baptist Church is to give our lives to help people find and follow Jesus Christ, to love God wholeheartedly and others unselfishly. (Matthew 28:18-20; Matthew 22:37-39).

Further, we pray for a Church that reflects the same kind of dynamics that launched the first church in Acts, where the people experienced such a powerful transformation by the love of Christ and the indwelling of His Spirit that they could not go back to their old ways of life. (Acts 2:42-47)

Our desire is to be a place in which the worship of God and loving community can freely develop.  Our experience is that from this flows life transformation and a lifestyle of serving others.

The “Big Four” ministry emphases of the Church are summarized in four statements:

1.                   Worship of God – happens as we experience the awe of God’s presence, hearing from and responding to Him;

2.                   Loving Community – happens as people of all ages and backgrounds find a deep sense of connection, belonging, and acceptance in Christ;

3.                   Life Transformation – is celebrated as people together navigate the planned and unplanned chapters of their lives and jump into the stream of the Christian life; and

4.                   Serving Others – comes naturally as people embrace their own giftedness and calling and network with others to connect with what God is doing in our world.
