Explore VRBC is designed to help you get to know Valley Ranch Baptist Church—who we are, what we believe, and how you can become part of our church family. During this experience, you'll learn about the good news of Jesus Christ, our mission of inviting diverse and disconnected people to passionately follow Jesus together, and the biblical foundations that shape everything we do. You'll also discover the values that guide our church: being biblically rooted, hilariously generous, story tellers, under construction, happily third, and different together.
What to Expect
You'll be introduced to the history of VRBC, from its beginnings as a church plant in 1985 to the vibrant and diverse congregation it is today. We share how our church is led through a partnership between staff, lay leaders, deacons, church council members, and the congregation itself. You'll also have the opportunity to meet our ministry staff, learn about our core beliefs, and hear how we partner with local and global ministries to share the love of Jesus in our community and around the world.
Explore VRBC also provides a clear overview of what we believe as a church. We walk through the story of Scripture—from creation and humanity's need for salvation to the life, death, resurrection, and return of Jesus Christ. We explain our beliefs about God, the Bible, the Church, salvation, baptism, communion, and other important topics, while emphasizing that all people are welcome to learn, ask questions, and explore faith with us.
Finally, we will show you practical ways to get connected and grow at VRBC. You'll learn how we live out our mission through Worship, Grow, Serve, and Invite. Whether it's joining a Grow Group, serving in a ministry, building relationships, participating in family ministry programs, or engaging in local and global missions, Explore VRBC helps you discover your next step and find your place in the life of our church.
