WEEKLY HAPPENINGS

WORSHIP SERVICE

SUNDAY MORNINGS AT 9:30 AM

On Sunday mornings at 9:30 am, 6th-12th-grade students attend the VRBC Worship Service together. Students are welcome to sit
with their families or with the Student Ministry on the
front left side of the worship center.

  GROW GROUPS

SUNDAY MORNINGS AT 11 AM

At Grow Groups, we grow together by studying the Bible, building deeper friendships, and discovering what it means to be a follower of Jesus. Join us upstairs in the Student Area following the Worship Service! Did we mention that there will be donuts?

MDWK

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS MS: 6 TO 8 PM  |  HS: 7 TO 9 PM

MDWK is the best night of the week! Meet us in the Student Area for Bible study, games, food, and friends. MDWK is a great introduction to all things VRSM. Come join us this Wednesday!

FAMILY GROUPS

ONCE A MONTH ON SUNDAYS | 5-7 PM

We love our Family Groups! Family Groups gather once a month for fun evenings of mentoring, serving, and fellowship together, preparing students for our yearly mission trip. Check out the calendar for our next Family Group Night!

OVERTIME

We love Overtime because we love sharing meals and conversations together at our favorite food joints around Coppell. Make sure to stay up-to-date with VRSM to hear where we'll be meeting for Overtime!

WEBSITES

The Center for Parent and Youth Understanding is committed to building strong families by serving to bridge the cultural-generational gap between parents and teenagers. This is an excellent equipping site for parents — plenty of articles, blogs, videos, free resources, etc!

Mental health is something that everyone, especially parents, should be educated about and take very seriously. The Grace Alliance is an organization in Waco that hopes to connect, care for, and support families and individuals seeking mental health recovery.

The Digital Kids Initiative provides information and resources for parents, youth workers, and educators to help kids navigate their digital world.

Common Sense Media is dedicated to improving the lives of kids and families by providing the trustworthy information, education, and independent voice they need to thrive in a world of media and technology.

Founded  in 1985 by Jim Burns, Homeword is designed to equip families for success. Homeword does this through daily radio programs, an extensive web site — with one of the best monthly parent newsletters you can find anywhere — and lots of quality print material.
