The VRBC Leader Summit is designed to encourage and equip every leader at VRBC as we begin a new ministry year together. We'll worship together, pray together, hear an encouraging message from guest speaker Steve Bezner, and hear from our pastoral staff about where the Lord is leading VRBC in the year ahead.

The Summit is for every leader at VRBC! If you are leading in any VRBC ministry, we'd love to have you join us!

At the first session, we'll worship and pray together, then Steve Bezner will deliver a keynote address that will encourage and equip us as leaders God has called to serve the Body of Christ. During the second session, our pastoral staff will share their heart on where the Holy Spirit is leading us in the coming ministry year and we'll have a closing time of worship, prayer, and commitment.

If you serve in the VR Kids, VRSM, Adult Grow Group, or Worship ministries, you'll have a breakout session focused specifically on your ministry - this will serve as your in-person training for the year. If you lead in another ministry, you'll attend the general breakout hosted by Steve Bezner and Pastor John. At this session, Steve will talk about how leaders can care for their own souls and answer your questions from the large group session.
