Student Ministry Girls Ministry Associate
Work Schedule
20 hours per week including Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings
General Description
The Girls Ministry Associate reports to the Student Pastor and invests in the lives of students as you encourage them to passionately follow Jesus together. This role partners with the Student Pastor and volunteer leaders to help lead students toward becoming disciples of Jesus Christ, foster a worshiping community, and equip students to live out and share their faith within the context of their schools, families, and everyday lives.

Student Ministry Summer Intern
Work Schedule
May 18-August 2, 2026, variable hours
General Description
The Student Ministry intern reports to the Student Pastor and works alongside the VRSM staff to invest in the lives of students at VRBC and as you encourage them to passionately follow Jesus together.

Children’s Ministry Associate
Work Schedule
24 hours per week, including Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings
General Description
The Children’s Ministry Associate reports to the Children’s Pastor and invests in the lives of children, encouraging them to grow in their faith, build great friendships, and develop a servant’s heart. This role partners with the Children’s Pastor and volunteer leaders to help lead children toward becoming disciples of Jesus Christ, foster a fun and safe environment for learning, support and equip parents to keep faith conversations going at home, and motivate children to live out biblical lessons in their daily lives while sharing their faith with others.
